Lamb ribs with spices in the fry pan

  • 1 kilo of lamp ribs
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of thick salt
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander in powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cymene
  • 1/ tablespoon of hot pepper (capsicum)
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered onion
  • 1 garlic clove well chopped
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Trimmed pepper




Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl, stir very well and leave them to stay there for about 30 minutes so that their taste and flavors can be mixed together and give you the desired result. Take out the lamp ribs, dry them out on a plate with some kitchen paper. Then, fry them with some olive oil, in a non-stick fry pan in strong fire for 5 minutes from every side.

Serve with fresh vegetables and non-peeled potatoes.
